On a Sunday around noon, we received a call from a customer from San Jose reporting that they had no hot water. Even though it was the weekend, we couldn't leave our client without hot water, so we promptly headed out to diagnose the problem. The unit in question was a Rheem water heater, a brand we’ve often seen with this specific issue.

We also took the necessary steps to ensure all connections and safety features were properly configured, ensuring the long-term performance of the new water heater
